Throwback to Flat Out Friday with Ryvid and See See Motorcycles

As we prepare to host one of the world’s largest indoor flat track races at The One Motorcycle Show Year 15 in Portland, Oregon, we're reflecting on all the action and good times we shared with Ryvid and See See Motorcycles in February in at Flat Out Friday and the 10th annual Mama Tried Show Milwaukee, Wisconsin !

Friday night at Fiserv Forum, home of the Milwaukee Bucks, was all about the race track. Ryvid's custom-built Anthem, piloted by Thor Drake of @seeseemotorcycles, clinched an impressive 3rd place podium finish in the EV race class. Jury still out on if Thor’s tweaks fiery red handlebars and custom race plate made it faster.

Thor’s post-race thoughts?

“The Ryvid runs pretty good around the ol circle track. The low center of gravity makes it ideal for leaning into the corners.”

Behind the scenes, the pits were buzzing. For those unfamiliar with racing, the pits are as energizing as the races themselves! This is where riders and their crews prep and maintain their motorcycles, make adjustments, perform repairs, and ensure bikes and riders are in race-ready condition.

No one wants to be the racer booted for leaking oil on the track! Those with pit access can walk around, snap photos, and soak in the excitement as riders line up for their heats and the action unfolds in real-time.

We caught up with Thor and Tori who were in the zone in the pits, getting race-ready.

The One Motorcycle Show lead producers, Mahala and Tamara, were fully immersed in the action too. They collaborated closely with the Flat Out Friday production team all day to guarantee seamless operations for the riders, effectively laying the groundwork for our upcoming event. Their efforts included getting acquainted with everyone and familiarizing themselves with the team to ensure Flat Out Friday at The One Motorcycle Show is a hit!

The One Motorcycle Show made a surprise appearance on the jumbotron, and Thor stole the spotlight with an interview by the infamous Chatty Madi. He officially unveiled the exciting news about Flat Out Friday heading west for The One Motorcycle Show for Year 15!

In case you missed it, rewatch the jumbotron teaser!

So, why are we fans of Flat Out Friday? It's all about the cool riders, seeing your friends, the action, and the atmosphere. From a kid on a Harley popping a wheelie to seasoned ICON riders tearing up the track, marriage proposals, it's a spectacle that never disappoints.

Why are we bringing Flat Out Friday to The One Motorcycle Show? We think that The One Motorcycle Show isn't complete without racing, and we love the fact that Flat Out Friday is such a great, feel-good event. They've done great things in promoting racing, and we admire what they've been doing. It's a good partnership and we couldn't be more excited!.
